Steady Mind: Meditation + Nervous System Reset
This monthly workshop is an immersive experience designed to explore meditation as an accessible practice for calming busy minds and supporting nervous system regulation. We’ll blend short guided meditations with simple regulation tools, journaling, and group reflection to make meditation more approachable, no matter your level of experience.
Together, participants will:
✨ Learn practical mindfulness and self-connection techniques to quiet mental chatter and ground the nervous system.
✨ Explore ways to overcome common meditation challenges like restlessness, distraction, or self-criticism.
✨ Receive guidance for practicing at home and building consistency, even with a busy schedule.
✨ Engage in supportive community sharing that helps deepen insight and accountability.
This workshop is both a practice and a learning space. It's a chance to reset your mind, connect with others, and walk away with tools you can return to again and again in daily life.
